A Romantic Sunshine Coast Wedding Elopement at The Singing Heart Estate
Intimate Wedding Inspiration at The Singing Heart Estate | Sunshine Coast Elopement Photographer
There’s something incredibly special about intimate weddings — the kind where every moment feels personal, every detail is intentional, and the focus stays exactly where it should be: on the couple.
On 9 February 2026, an amazing group of Sunshine Coast wedding vendors came together at The Singing Heart Estate to showcase this stunning new Sunshine Coast wedding venue. The goal was to create a romantic celebration that highlighted just how beautiful a micro wedding or Sunshine Coast elopement can be.
Nestled in the lush greenery of Tanawha, The Singing Heart Estate is perfect for couples wanting a relaxed and intimate wedding. The venue specialises in celebrations of around 50 guests or fewer, making it ideal for micro weddings, elopements, and small Sunshine Coast weddings surrounded by your closest family and friends.
One of the things that makes this venue so special is that couples can get ready on-site, allowing the whole day to unfold naturally in one beautiful location.
The groom typically prepares downstairs in the gentleman’s library, a stylish and classic space perfect for those final pre-ceremony moments — adjusting cufflinks, straightening ties and maybe enjoying a celebratory drink.
Upstairs is a light-filled room where the bride can get ready with plenty of space for hair and makeup with the talented team at Sunshine Brides. The natural light pouring through the windows makes it a dream for wedding morning photographs.
The ceremony itself took place in front of the estate’s elegant fountain, with the grand house creating a beautiful backdrop behind the couple. Romantic florals by Lunaria Botanical added a soft and timeless feel to the ceremony setting, perfectly complementing the surrounding gardens.
As a Sunshine Coast wedding photographer, one of the things I loved most about The Singing Heart Estate is the number of incredible photo locations around the property. From the elegant front of the estate to the lush greenery of the gardens, every corner offers a stunning backdrop for wedding portraits.
The day finished with a beautifully styled reception inside the estate’s newly air-conditioned miniature ballroom. Ellie from Sunshine Weddings brought the space to life with styling inspired by the romance of Bridgerton. With soft candlelight, elegant décor and fairy lights from Say It With Lights, the room felt warm, romantic and incredibly inviting.
Add in delicious catering from Wed & Fed and a beautiful cake by Brownz Bakes, and the result was a perfect example of how a Sunshine Coast micro wedding can feel both intimate and luxurious.
If you’re planning a Sunshine Coast wedding, elopement or micro wedding, The Singing Heart Estate is truly a beautiful venue to consider.
