A whole day of love, laughter, sunshine, and a little champagne magic 🍾

When Emily & Pete booked the 10-hour photography & videography package with Angela Brushe Photography, they knew they wanted to capture the entire journey—from the first champagne pop in the morning right through to the wild dance floor at night. And that’s exactly what we did!

The Morning Vibes – One House, Two Stories

We started the day where all the magic begins—getting ready. Emily & Pete chose to get ready in the same house, keeping it easy but with just enough separation to avoid any sneak peeks.

We kicked off with the boys, who brought the energy with beers, belly laughs, and a few spontaneous backyard running races. Pete got ready with his mates who knew how to keep the mood fun and light-hearted.

Meanwhile, Emily was in the room next door with her two best friends and her sister, soaking in every moment. Her makeup was almost finished when we arrived, and we caught some adorable PJ shots, including a classic champagne pop moment (a staple in our getting-ready lineup). Emily handed out personalised bridesmaid gifts that had everyone teary-eyed, then slipped into her dress just in time for a beautiful first look with her dad—and yes, tissues were absolutely required. We even snuck in a few cheeky shots with her sweet little nephew before heading out the door.

The Ceremony – Lawn Views & Sunny Skies

Held at the stunning Palm Creek Estate, the ceremony took place on the lush lawn—a bit of a walk, but totally worth it for the view. With recent rains making the ground a bit soggy and the sun blazing, it made for a warm, sun-kissed afternoon (and some glowy skin in photos!).

As Emily walked down the aisle, arm-in-arm with her dad, Pete’s tearful reaction said everything. Their heartfelt ceremony was conducted by the always amazing Stacey Morris from The Sunny Celebrant. She created the perfect vibe—personal, fun, and emotional. One of the sweetest moments? Their grandparents signing the wedding certificate. Cue: more tears.

Golden Hour Goodness & All the Feels

After the “I do’s,” we explored the estate for couple and bridal party photos. Palm Creek Estate truly showed off during golden hour, and the light was a literal dream. The bridal party were full of personality—laughing, hugging, and just radiating love for Emily & Pete.

The Party – Speeches, Dances & Champagne

As the sun dipped, it was time to hit the reception. Think heartfelt speeches, a hilarious shoe game, more speeches (with laughs and tears), a touching father-daughter dance, and a beautiful first dance under twinkling lights.

In true ABP style, we closed out the night with a sparkling night-time champagne pop—our signature move that always makes for a picture-perfect finale.
