Jackson and Nat celebrated their unforgettable wedding day on April 23, 2025, at the iconic Factory 51 in Brisbane. If a wedding could scream “this is so us,” this was it. Every moment was filled with personality, intention, and love — the kind of day that leaves a lasting impression on everyone involved.
With guests flying in from across Australia and internationally, there was an undeniable buzz in the air — a celebration not just of love, but of community, connection, and shared joy.
A Calm Morning & Emotional Moments
The morning kicked off with the boys getting ready at a beautiful Airbnb just outside Brisbane. Jackson, surrounded by his family and best mates, shared laughs and quiet moments as they helped him prep for the big day (and kept the nerves in check!).
Meanwhile, Natalie and her bridesmaids were getting ready at Meriton Suites Brisbane, right in the heart of the city. One of the standout moments was Nat’s emotional first look with the women closest to her — a powerful, tearful, joy-filled scene. Her vintage-inspired handmade dress was truly one of a kind — effortlessly elegant and completely her. She was glowing, with excitement written all over her face.
Saying “I Do” at Factory 51
The ceremony space at Factory 51 was styled to perfection by the talented team at Borrowed Events. Think warm tones, romantic textures, and intimate details that reflected Jackson & Nat’s personal style.
A truly special touch: one of their best friends, David, officiated the ceremony (with a celebrant handling the legal side quietly in the background). This intimate, relaxed format allowed the couple to stay grounded and truly present during such a big moment.
City Portraits & Filmic Vibes
After the ceremony, we headed into Brisbane city for their couple portraits. We explored alleyways and architectural gems around the Treasury Building, finding moody, urban backdrops that matched their aesthetic perfectly. Rain was looming — and eventually did arrive — but we made the most of the dry moments and captured images that felt like film stills. Using my new filmic lens, the results were dreamy, cinematic, and everything the couple envisioned.
A Celebration to Remember
Back at the venue, the party was just getting started. With tunes courtesy of the amazing Aaron Maybus, guests danced the night away. Jackson and Nat’s biggest priority was celebrating with their closest people — and their reception was the definition of that. Good vibes, heartfelt speeches, great music, and all the love.
These two didn’t just plan a wedding — they created an experience that reflected who they are, and I was beyond honoured to capture it all.
