On the 2nd of May, 2025, Mia and TJ tied the knot in a celebration filled with laughter, emotion, music, and unforgettable memories at the stunning Austinvilla Estate in the Gold Coast Hinterland. From the heartfelt moments to the high-energy dance floor, their wedding day was a perfect reflection of their fun-loving and deeply connected relationship.

Getting Ready: Pool Room Laughs & Bridal Suite Bliss

The day started with the boys getting ready in the pool room of Austinvilla Estate—a perfect space for pre-wedding banter. Dressed in flamingo shirts (a surprise for Mia!), the groomsmen brought non-stop energy and good vibes to the morning. They were an absolute joy to photograph—full of laughs and great spirits.

Meanwhile, over in the luxurious bridal suite, Mia and her bridesmaids were getting ready with the help of Becci McIvor for makeup and Katie from By Kaitlyn Harvey for hair. Mia looked absolutely breathtaking in her gown, and her joy was completely contagious—you couldn’t wipe the smile off her face. One of the most touching moments of the day was a father-daughter first look, which brought everyone to tears. You could feel Mia’s excitement as she counted down the moments until she walked down the aisle to her soon-to-be husband.

Ceremony: Heartfelt & Personal Vows

The ceremony took place on-site at Austinvilla Estate, officiated by a dear friend and pastor from their church, Mari-shell Scott. The personal connection made the ceremony feel intimate and full of meaning.

One unforgettable moment? TJ’s vows included a quote from the musical Wicked, knowing how much Mia loves musical theatre. That thoughtful gesture had everyone swooning—and truly captured the depth of their connection.

Although rain threatened to make an appearance all day, the weather held out beautifully. In fact, just after the ceremony, a rainbow appeared—something straight out of a fairytale and a stunning addition to their couple portraits.

Golden Hour Portraits & Bridal Party Fun

After the ceremony, we explored the expansive Austinvilla Estate grounds via golf buggy for portraits. The bridal party was full of life, and the laughter never stopped. We captured everything from emotional embraces to joyful candid moments—pure wedding day magic.

The couple photos were particularly special. Mia and TJ’s chemistry is effortless, and every glance, touch, and laugh between them was a dream to photograph.

Reception: High Energy, Heartfelt Moments & a Sparkling Finale

The reception kicked off with a bang—literally—with a high-energy bridal party entrance followed by the stunning entrance of Mia and TJ. Alisha Tood from Janda Events kept the vibes high throughout the night with an epic playlist including ABBA, High School Musical, and even Hannah Montana—a true party!

Speeches from family and friends were heartfelt and hilarious, filled with laughter, tears, and genuine love for the newlyweds.

The evening wrapped up with a romantic sparkler exit, the perfect end to a perfect day.
