A Romantic Sunshine Coast Wedding Elopement at The Singing Heart Estate
If you’re dreaming of a romantic Sunshine Coast elopement or micro wedding, it’s hard to imagine a more magical setting than The Singing Heart Estate. Nestled among lush greenery and rolling gardens in Tanawha, this elegant estate feels like something straight out of a storybook — or perhaps a slightly more glamorous version of your Pinterest board.
On 9 February 2026, Victoria and Matthew stepped into the spotlight (with a little help from an incredible team of wedding creatives) to showcase what a truly intimate wedding experience on the Sunshine Coast can look like.
And honestly? If you’ve ever wondered whether smaller weddings can still feel grand, this day answered that question with a very confident yes.
A Brand New Sunshine Coast Wedding Venue Designed for Intimate Celebrations
The Singing Heart Estate is one of the Sunshine Coast’s newest wedding venues, and it’s already turning heads among couples looking for something a little more personal.
Rather than hosting huge 200-guest weddings, the estate focuses on elopements and micro weddings of up to around 50 guests. The result? A wedding day that feels relaxed, personal and beautifully intentional.
This styled wedding day was created to showcase how effortlessly the venue lends itself to intimate celebrations that still feel luxurious and timeless.
With a team of incredibly talented Sunshine Coast wedding vendors, we styled the day to resemble a romantic elopement — the kind where everything feels meaningful, emotional, and maybe just a tiny bit cinematic.
Getting Ready at The Estate
One of the things couples will absolutely love about The Singing Heart Estate is that both the bride and groom can get ready onsite.
Matthew spent the morning downstairs in the gentleman’s library — which is exactly as classy as it sounds. Think moody tones, sophisticated charm, and a space that makes even the most camera-shy groom look like he belongs on the cover of GQ.
Upstairs is where the bridal magic happens.
Victoria prepared for the day in a beautiful light-filled suite, complete with plenty of space for hair and makeup, champagne, and the occasional “wait… where are my shoes?” moment.
With hair and makeup by Sunshine Brides, the bridal preparation felt calm, fun and effortlessly elegant.
The upstairs area also offers multiple photography locations, which makes it a dream for capturing those quiet, emotional moments before the ceremony.
A Fountain Ceremony Straight Out of a Fairytale
The ceremony took place in front of the estate’s stunning fountain, with the grand house creating the most beautiful backdrop behind Victoria and Matthew.
If there’s one thing this venue does well, it’s romance.
The ceremony setting was enhanced with soft, organic florals by Lunaria Botanical, whose arrangements perfectly complemented the natural elegance of the estate.
Guiding the ceremony was celebrant Melissa Price from MPM & Co Celebrancy, creating a heartfelt and relaxed atmosphere that felt genuine and warm.
Add in the acoustic music of Paul Vercoe from Paul Vercoe Music and suddenly the whole moment felt like something straight out of a romantic film.
(You know the scene — where everyone gets emotional and someone’s mascara doesn’t survive the vows.)
Endless Photo Locations Around The Estate
From a photographer’s perspective (hello 👋), this venue is an absolute dream.
The Singing Heart Estate offers so many unique photo opportunities, all within a short walk of each other.
Throughout the day we captured portraits:
• In front of the estate’s stunning facade
• Among the lush green gardens
• Around the fountain and pathways
• Within the elegant interior spaces
The venue strikes that perfect balance of timeless elegance and natural beauty, which means your wedding photos will look just as beautiful in 20 years as they do today.
Victoria wore a stunning gown from Moon and Pearl Bridal, paired with jewellery from Maleny Jewellers. Matthew’s suit from Wil Valor completed the classic look perfectly.
And yes — they looked ridiculously good together.
A Bridgerton-Inspired Reception
The evening celebration took place inside the estate’s newly air-conditioned miniature ballroom (a blessing for Sunshine Coast weddings).
The space was transformed by stylist Ellie from Sunshine Weddings, who drew inspiration from the elegance and romance of Bridgerton.
Think:
• Romantic lighting
• Elegant table styling
• A timeless colour palette
• Fairy lights that felt straight out of a period drama
Lighting by Say It With Lights brought warmth and magic to the space, while menus by Little J Designs added a beautifully personalised touch to the tables.
Guests were treated to incredible food by Wed & Fed, and the cake from Brownz Bakes was almost too pretty to cut.
Almost.
Arriving in Style
No romantic estate wedding is complete without a little vintage luxury.
Victoria and Matthew arrived in a stunning classic car from Birti Classic Wedding Cars — because if you’re going to have a fairytale wedding day, you may as well arrive like royalty.
The Dream Sunshine Coast Wedding Vendor Team
If there’s one piece of advice I’d give couples after this day, it’s honestly this:
Copy and paste this entire vendor team.
Every single professional involved brought so much creativity, care and talent to the day. When a group of vendors works this seamlessly together, it truly elevates the entire experience for couples.
Planning Your Own Sunshine Coast Elopement or Micro Wedding
If you’re planning a Sunshine Coast wedding, elopement, or micro celebration, venues like The Singing Heart Estateprove that smaller weddings can still feel incredibly luxurious and meaningful.
